Yesterday, Louis Koo went to Tin Shui Wai (天水圍) to attend a function held by Unicef: ‘The opening ceremony for the ‘friends of UNICEF’ ambassador plan’. This was his first time going to Tin Shui Wai and he got lost, he said: “I hope that the people around this area will care about this activity as well as visiting the family which has just immigrated here”. Next month, Louis will visit Nepal for seven days to help reconstruct areas affected by the flood. “After understanding the problem, donating money will not be a problem.”
There are magazines which say that during ‘’ Jolin Tsai kept close to him. Louis said: “On the day, I talked to the three new members as fellow apprentices. Maybe that may have caused people to misunderstand.” As for the news interest, Isabella Leong, suffering accusation from Emporer Entertainment Group for breaking the contract, Louis says: “This is a contract, paper is dead, people are alive, the contract must be respected and followed but I feel that communication is very important. CoCo Lee Wen crazily loves to be pretty loses 5kg weight in a month!
CoCo Lee Wen returned to Taiwan to take pictures, to be pretty in the pictures she crazily lost 5kg weight in a month. During these period she even dreamt
about herself eating and drinking!
Last week she returned to Taiwan to take promotional pictures for her new single [ I Have a Dream]. She also took pictures for the cover of an international magazine, so she could show her perfect posture again.CoCo said: "Being beautiful has a price. You have to work hard for it". To loose weight, CoCo has been in a condition of not hungry and not full for a while.
CoCo's manager also revealed that CoCo only eats chocolate in the morning to maintain her
physical strength. When she is hungry she can only drink water or low-sugar fruit juice. If it's really not enough she can eat a banana or other fruit. She would even talk about food with friends to hypnotize herself.
She also said that CoCo would even dream about herself eating. After CoCo finished her work at TaiChung she was unable to bear seeing sun cakes and bubble tea! CoCo excitedly said: "I haven't eaten anything good in a month!"
After the pictures she decided to satisfy her appetite. When CoCo returned to Hong Kong she headed for a restaurant. After eating a whipped cream cake she finally went home.

BoA ranks 5th in Oricon Monthly Album chart
“Asia’s Star” BoA has sold more than 160,000 album copies for her 6th Japanese album, which placed her 5th in Oricon’s Monthly Album chart (March).
BoA released her 6th Japanese album entitled “THE FACE” on February 27 and in March alone has already sold 167,609 album copies.
Last March 4, BoA’s 6th album ranked 1st in the Oricon Weekly Album chart, making her the second Jpop artist to have albums rank 1st for 6 consecutive times in the Orion Weekly chart. She comes 2nd to Ayumi Hamasaki, who has maintained 8 consecutive number 1 spots in the Oricon Weekly chart.
Meanwhile, the March album sales chart was topped by Utada Hikaru’s “Heart Station” with 480,081 copies sold and followed by Kou Shibasaki’s “Single Best,” which sold 341,598 copies. Veteran Ken Hirai’s “Faking Pop” followed with 225,892 sold copies and The Brilliant Green’s “Complete Single Collection 97-08″ with 167,796 sold copies.

Bae Yong-joon to Attend "Taewangsashingi" Event in Japan
Actor Bae Yong-joon will attend a special press event to promote the history drama "Taewangsashingi" or "The Story of the First King's Four Gods" in Japan on June 1.
Bae's management agency BOF said the "Taewangsashingi Premium Event 2008" will be held to mark the broadcast of the history drama series which will begin on April 5 on NHK TV. The event will be held at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan.
BOF said Lee Jiah and producer Kim Jong-hak will also attend the event with Bae and meet some 35,000 Japanese fans. The agency said details of the upcoming event will be posted on http://www.yongjoon/jp/premiumevent.
"Taewangsashingi," starring Bae and Lee, was broadcast on MBC TV in September, 2007 and became a huge hit, recording a 30% viewer rate. The series was first introduced to Japan on NHK TV in November of the same year and went on to be screened in ten theaters nationwide in Japan.

LEE Byung-hun Commences Hollywood Action Film
Korean wave star LEE Byung-hun is currently filming scenes in his Hollywood debut, G.I. Joe, an adaptation of the popular action-hero comic book series. LEE will play Storm Shadow, a ninja with a dark past who joins the G.I. Joe team.
The plot, like the comic, centers on an elite military unit of highly trained recruits, each with his own specialty skill. In the film they take on an evil and powerful criminal syndicate led by Cobra, a notorious arms dealer. LEE’s character, Storm Shadow, is well known to readers of the comic and was even spun-off into its own series.
The big-budget feature is a Paramount Pictures production and is directed by Stephen Sommers whose previous films include Van Helsing, The Mummy Returns, and The Jungle Book. The film also stars Channing Tatum, Rachel Nichols, and Dennis Quaid. It is slated for release in the summer of 2009.

Silly Home Guy Fan Proposes ~ Ariel Disappointed
Ariel Lin at her "Ariel Lin's NY Bagel Diary" book signing function was proposed by a home guy fan, because the situation was sudden, the crew were worried so they took him away, Ariel just had a startled face, she said: "This is the first time I've ever been proposed, this is happening too quickly!"

Singer Ayumi Hamasaki starts Asian tour
Singer Ayumi Hamasaki, 29, on Saturday started an Asian tour in Tokyo to mark the 10th anniversary of her debut. It is her first concert since she revealed in January that she had lost the hearing ability in her left ear. At the concert, attended by 12,000 fans, Hamasaki said, “I’m able to perform tonight thanks to my fans here.” But she made no references to her hearing problem.
Hamasaki will perform 27 concerts in 10 cities nationwide through June 29, after which she will tour other Asian countries.
