Won Bin's fan club donates 10 million won to show support

Korean star Won Bin's fan club has donated ten million won (10,000 USD) to UNICEF to celebrate Won Bin's return to entertainment.

After four years of absence in the entertainment scene, Won Bin has announced his return to the screens through director Bong Joon-ho's new movie "Mother." His official fan club has made a donation to UNICEF to celebrate his return.

The person concerned from his fan club "Binus" said on the 6th, "To show support to Won Bin for his return, the fan club which consist of 50,000 members from Korea, Japan and China, plans to do something meaningful. As Won Bin is a special representative of UNICEF Korean committee, we have decided to make a donation to UNICEF." The donations collected from the fan club members, total ten million wons, will be given to UNICEF on May 8th.

The person concerned from UNICEF Korean committee said with gratitude, "We feel the power of the fan club of Mr. Won Bin once again. Hope this will give the children in need with more hopes for the future."
